What we collect

Account info: your email address, and a name/photo if you sign in with Google. If you sign up with email and password, we store a securely hashed password — never the password itself.

Tracking data: the shows, movies, and games you follow, and your watch/played status and history for them.

Optional settings you choose to set: a notification webhook URL (e.g. Home Assistant or n8n) and an API token used to protect your personal calendar and widget feeds.

Location, only if you ask for it: "Find showtimes" on a movie page works better when it knows roughly where you are. You can type a zip/postal code, or tap "Use my location" and grant your device's location permission. When you tap it, your coordinates are turned into a postal code and only that code is saved; if no code comes back, we save the coordinates instead. Your location is read at that moment and no other — never in the background, and never as a history of where you've been.

Standard technical data needed to run the service: session cookies for staying signed in, and IP address/timestamps in server logs for security and abuse prevention.

What we don't collect

We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We don't track your location. Nothing about where you are is collected unless you tap "Use my location", and what's saved is a single current value you can clear, not a trail.

Third-party services

Show, movie, and game metadata (titles, posters, release dates) comes from The Movie Database (TMDB) and IGDB — this product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Transactional email (sign-up verification, password reset, account deletion confirmation) is sent via Resend.

If you set a notification webhook, we send release notifications to the URL you provide — that's a service you control, not us.

If you tap "Use my location", our server sends those coordinates to BigDataCloud's public reverse-geocoding endpoint to get a postal code back. Nothing identifying you goes with them.

"Find showtimes" opens a Google search in your browser. Google sees it the way it sees any other search you run.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (in-app, under Settings → Account, or via the web page linked below) permanently and immediately removes your account, your tracked titles, and your watch history.

Your choices

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app, or from the web without installing the app — see the account deletion page.

You can revoke or regenerate your API token at any time from Settings, which invalidates any calendar or widget URLs built with the old one.

Location is optional and reversible: "Clear" beside it in Settings deletes the saved value, and you can withdraw the permission itself in your device or browser settings.
